As Team Liaison at Kreps and Tate, Wesley’s dedicated work behind the scenes helps Leanne and Jacob find dream homes for their clients day after day. Wesley loves Kreps and Tate’s passion for real estate and genuine care for people, never seeing anyone work harder for their clients than Leanne and Jacob.
Wesley was born and raised in Middle Tennessee, growing up in Nashville and Franklin, which makes her something of a unicorn in today’s Nashville! She attended Harding Academy before moving to Franklin, where she graduated from Franklin High School in 2012.
As a native of Nashville and Franklin, Wesley’s local knowledge of the best neighborhoods and school systems in the area makes her an asset to both the Kreps and Tate team and the clients they serve. If you need the inside scoop on Middle Tennessee, Wesley has it!
Wesley attended the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga and still visits Chattanooga regularly to see her sister. She loves spending time with her family and can’t get enough of her new baby niece and nephew.
Married for over three years, Wesley and her husband Dallas live in East Nashville. They can often be seen around the neighborhood walking their two dogs Knox and Cash, especially at Shelby Bottoms. As self-described “foodies,” they love Nashville’s thriving restaurant scene.
When she’s not assisting the Kreps and Tate team, Wesley embraces all that Music City has to offer, enjoying Nashville Predators hockey games, concerts at the Ryman, and comedy shows at Zanies. She’s even known to brave the craziness of Bonnaroo at times. Wesley also loves experiencing Middle Tennessee’s outdoor beauty by kayaking the Harpeth River whenever she can.

LEANNE KREPS

Leanne Kreps is originally from Illinois but Nashville has been her home since 2005 when she moved here to play college volleyball. Growing up in a gym, she developed a mindset that can’t be taught, and it has served her well in sales throughout her career. She has a competitive nature and an old school approach that doesn’t involve business cards or social media. She believes that somewhere in today’s society the “roll up your sleeves” mentality has been lost but is confident in her ability to bring that to the table for her clients.
Leanne started her career in the orthopedic space where she worked alongside some of the most sought after surgeons in the country. This allowed her to blend her love of sports and sales and she was consistently one of the top sales representatives in her company. Although Leanne didn’t start her career in real-estate, after investing in the Nashville market at the age of 24, real-estate quickly became a passion of hers. From her own investment at a young age, she has gained a wealth of knowledge that surpasses a basic home sale or purchase.
In her spare time, you can find her watching golf (Augusta is next on the bucket list for her and her dad) and at Titans and Predators games. She currently serves all of the greater Nashville area, including both Davidson and Williamson Counties and has sold homes ranging from $300k to over $9 million. With the help of her dedicated team, she is able to ensure every part of a transaction is thoroughly taken care of with great attention to detail.
