Wesley McLaird is our Team Liaison at Kreps and Tate and the reason everything actually gets done around here. She’s the one quietly keeping all the moving parts together. If you work with us, you’ll see her name in just about every group text. She’s always there, keeping things organized and usually making us laugh in the process.
Wesley grew up in both Nashville and Franklin, which makes her a unicorn in this area. She went to Harding Academy, then Franklin High, and knows Middle Tennessee like the back of her hand. If you want the scoop on neighborhoods or the best local spots, she’s the one to ask.
She went to the University of Tennessee - Chattanooga and still heads back often to see her sister and hang out by the water. Family is everything to her.
Wesley and her husband, Dallas, live in Franklin with their three dogs, Knox, Cash, and Cleo. They’ve been married for more than seven years and love checking out new restaurants around town. When she’s not keeping our team on track, she’s usually out doing something fun - kayaking on the Harpeth, catching a concert at the Ryman, or laughing her way through a show at Zanies. She’s even been known to make an appearance at Bonnaroo once in a while, which tells you everything you need to know about her energy.

LEANNE KREPS

Leanne Kreps is originally from Illinois but Nashville has been her home since 2005 when she moved here to play college volleyball. Growing up in a gym, she developed a mindset that can’t be taught, and it has served her well in sales throughout her career. She has a competitive nature and an old school approach that doesn’t involve business cards or social media. She believes that somewhere in today’s society the “roll up your sleeves” mentality has been lost but is confident in her ability to bring that to the table for her clients.
Leanne started her career in the orthopedic space where she worked alongside some of the most sought after surgeons in the country. This allowed her to blend her love of sports and sales and she was consistently one of the top sales representatives in her company. Although Leanne didn’t start her career in real-estate, after investing in the Nashville market at the age of 24, real-estate quickly became a passion of hers. From her own investment at a young age, she has gained a wealth of knowledge that surpasses a basic home sale or purchase.
In her spare time, you can find her watching golf (Augusta is next on the bucket list for her and her dad) and at Titans and Predators games. She currently serves all of the greater Nashville area, including both Davidson and Williamson Counties and has sold homes ranging from $300k to over $9 million. With the help of her dedicated team, she is able to ensure every part of a transaction is thoroughly taken care of with great attention to detail.
