MEET JACOB
As a managing broker/owner of his own real estate firm, Jacob brings a wealth of real estate leadership and experience to the Kreps and Tate team. Born and raised in Greater Nashville, Jacob has spent the majority of his life living within Nashville’s city limits. From 12 South and Germantown to East Nashville and the Gulch, Jacob has impressively lived in almost every neighborhood in Nashville. His intimate knowledge of the city has proven to be highly valuable in helping his clients find their perfect house in the perfect neighborhood.
Jacob began his real estate career at age 18, using his high school construction experience to buy and flip a house for a profit. He would go on to deploy capital into multiple commercial and residential properties in the coming years. Obtaining his real estate license at age 26, Jacob would acquire the real estate company that originally hired him by age 30, eventually obtaining his managing brokers license and affiliate license as well.
Critical and valuable information constantly funnels to him from his agents, giving his clients the advantage of always being up-to-date on crucial real estate trends and key knowledge in the area.
A born entrepreneur, Jacob has collaborated with several different startups over the years, yet he always keeps his primary focus and passion in real estate. Motivated by his value of relationships and a genuine desire to serve others, few things make Jacob happier than helping his clients find their dream home and celebrating their success at closing or over congratulatory drinks.

Leanne Kreps is originally from Illinois but Nashville has been her home since 2005 when she moved here to play college volleyball. Growing up in a gym, she developed a mindset that can’t be taught, and it has served her well in sales throughout her career. She has a competitive nature and an old school approach that doesn’t involve business cards or social media. She believes that somewhere in today’s society the “roll up your sleeves” mentality has been lost but is confident in her ability to bring that to the table for her clients.
Leanne started her career in the orthopedic space where she worked alongside some of the most sought after surgeons in the country. This allowed her to blend her love of sports and sales and she was consistently one of the top sales representatives in her company. Although Leanne didn’t start her career in real-estate, after investing in the Nashville market at the age of 24, real-estate quickly became a passion of hers. From her own investment at a young age, she has gained a wealth of knowledge that surpasses a basic home sale or purchase.
In her spare time, you can find her watching golf (Augusta is next on the bucket list for her and her dad) and at Titans and Predators games. She currently serves all of the greater Nashville area, including both Davidson and Williamson Counties and has sold homes ranging from $300k to over $9 million. With the help of her dedicated team, she is able to ensure every part of a transaction is thoroughly taken care of with great attention to detail.
